Cory Schneider will get the nod Friday night

Cory Schneider will start in Friday's game against Anaheim.
Schneider allowed five goals on just 14 shots in his first start, but he looked far better on Wednesday. The fact that they're going right back to him on Friday is a very encouraging start for Schneider owners and it reinforces the notion that he's the Canucks' number one goaltender.
