Matt Frattin potted a goal and added two assists for Toronto in a 7-4 loss to the Islanders Thursday.
Frattin's spot on the roster didn't open up until Joffrey Lupul suffered a broken forearm in Wednesday's game, but the feisty winger took full advantage of the opportunity he was given. Carl Gunnarsson also recorded three points in the losing effort while Mikhail Grabvovski and Nazem Kadri tallied for the Buds.
