Scott Hartnell missed practice Wednesday with a bruised left foot, which he sustained on a shot from teammate Kimmo Timonen during the third period of Tuesday's loss to New Jersey.
The Flyers won't have a morning skate prior to Thursday's contest against the New York Rangers, but we'll keep you posted on Hartnell's status if we hear anything. It's likely he just sat out the session as a precaution and to give him some rest.
