Blackhawks get off to 3-0 start

The Chicago Blackhawks are 3-0 for the first time since the 1972-73 campaign.
That hot start is especially helpful in the shortened season, but of course, the Blackhawks still have a lot of work ahead of them. Still, their strong showing is particularly impressive when you factor in the competition. All three of their contests were against 2012 playoff clubs, including the defending champion Los Angeles Kings and the team the Kings faced in the Western Conference finals, the Phoenix Coyotes.
