Iman Shumpert started at point guard on Tuesday and had six points, four rebounds, six assists and two steals in 35 minutes as the Knicks beat the Pistons.
Mike D'Antoni suggested Shumpert's days as a starting point guard were over, but he got the call over Toney Douglas tonight. Shumpert is a tough guy to gauge right now, but if he continues to start, he's worth a close look, as Baron Davis is still a week away (or more) from making his debut. Douglas had four points and two assists in 20 minutes tonight.
