NHL, Union might resume CBA talks this week

The NHL and union are looking to resume negotiations this week.
"Trying to set up something for this week, but nothing finalized yet," NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly said. The previous round of talks blew up on Thursday and maybe earlier in the process that would have led to weeks of silence. However, at this point both sides must recognize that they can't afford to stare each other down because there isn't much time left if they want to save the 2012-13 campaign.
