Mikhail Grigorenko fifth in QMJHL scoring
Nov. 20, 2012 - 9:20 AM ET

Mikhail Grigorenko is currently tied for fifth in QMJHL scoring with 38 points.

The Sabres first pick in the 2012 Draft has played in only 21 games and is only five points behind Josh Currie and Ben Duffy who are tied for the scoring lead. Grigorenko was thought to be a top-three talent heading into the 2011-12 season but dropped to 12th overall where Buffalo selected him. He is talented offensively but the knock against him is that he takes games off.
