C.J. Watson says his elbow is feeling better

C.J. Watson (elbow) is feeling better and has been dribbling with his left hand for two days.

The injury is to his left elbow, so it's noteworthy that he's already dribbling. Watson said he hopes to return by the weekend, and it doesn't sound like he's very far off from a return. He'll resume his backup role behind Derrick Rose when he is ready, shifting John Lucas further down the bench.
