Jets issue statement on Pavelec DUI reports

The Winnipeg Jets have issued a statement regarding the Czech Republic reports that Ondrej Pavelec crashed his car while driving under the influence.
"At this time True North Sports & Entertainment and the Winnipeg Jets hockey club are aware of various, yet still inconsistent, Internet reports pertaining to Ondrej Pavelec," the release read. "We, as an organization, are attempting to gather more information." There were no injuries reported as a result of this alleged incident.
