City of Glendale approves Jobing.com lease

Glendale's City Council has greenlit a plan to pay roughly $300 million over 20 years for prospective Phoenix Coyotes owner Greg Jamison to manage the Jobing.com arena.
It's still not a done deal that Jamison will be able to buy the Coyotes, although this certainly helps him. However, the Goldwater Institute might challenge Glendale's decision in court in the hopes of voiding the council's vote.
