George Hill plays well in start for Manu

George Hill started for Manu Ginobili (elbow) on Sunday and had 15 points, seven rebounds, three assists and four steals in 41 minutes as the Spurs lost to the Grizzlies.
You can't blame Hill for today's effort, while Gary Neal added 10 points, three boards and two 3-pointers off the bench in 25 minutes. Manu is questionable for Game 2, and while many Spurs fans are blaming the loss on the absence of Manu, it's important to remember the Grizzlies are missing their best player - Rudy Gay - out after shoulder surgery.
