Manu Ginobili remains doubtful for Game 1

Manu Ginobili remains doubtful for Sunday's Game 1 against the Grizzlies due to his right elbow sprain.
Ginobili's status was unchanged as of Friday night, but the Spurs are very confident he will play at some point in the series. Coach Gregg Popovich confirmed that George Hill will start at shooting guard tomorrow barring an unexpected turn of events with Ginobili.
