David Stern to submit new labor proposal

David Stern said Friday that the league plans to submit a revised labor proposal for a new collective bargaining agreement to the players' union within the next couple of weeks.
This is more important than most people realize, as there is certainly a chance of another NBA lockout if the two sides can't get a deal done. There's still time to work something out, but it's a story well worth monitoring.
