From Mikan to Magic to Michael, several players could lay claim to the title of "Greatest Basketball Player" of all time.
We're asking you to help us solve the debate.
In combination with the United States Sports Academy, NBCSports.com is holding a vote for who the greatest basketball player of all time should be. Voting runs through Nov. 26, when the winner will be announced.
The candidates are Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Larry Bird, Kobe Bryant, Wilt Chamberlain, LeBron James, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, George Mikan, Yao Ming, Dirk Nowitzki, Hakeem Olajuwon, Oscar Robertson, David Robinson, Bill Russell and Jerry West.

A sculpture at the USSA will be built in the player's honor.
USA Today and the NBA also are distributing the ballot.
