It was an up and down day for Anthony Kim, that unfortunately for him ended on a sour note. After a birdie on the 16th hole that stopped a slide of four straight bogeys from the 11th to 14th holes, he imploded on the tricky par 3 17th at TPC Sawgrass, taking six strokes for his ball to drop in. Kim then double bogeyed the 18th to finish with a 7-over 79. He dropped from fifth to a tie for 34th.
